Because it’s THE FOODBAR no ordinary coffee would do. That’s why we proudly serve Caffé Mokarabia, the creation of Mokarabia S.p.A. of Bologna, Italy.

Mokarabia enjoys a world-class reputation with historical distinction. It is the premiere coffee produced by the Zanetti family of Bologna, coffee traders since 1700. Over the centuries, the Zanettis have become experts in the cultivation, processing, selection, roasting and preparation of fine coffees. These meticulously selected beans are individually and carefully roasted in a special process that slowly roasts the beans uniformly to each coffee’s optimum characteristic. After roasting, the beans are cured for two days in specially designed canisters to increase their aroma and then skillfully blended to produce the intense flavors and aromas that are Mokarabia’s signature.
